If your Rag & Bone watch has a defect covered by legal warranty, we will give you the possibility to repair it or return it receiving a partial/full refund for it.

Warranty Check

Every Rag & Bone watch is covered by legal warranty.

Please, contact us:

• We will confirm if your watch is still within this period and whether your issue might be covered (manufacturing or workmanship defects).
• The legal warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, abuse or water damage and excludes batteries, case, strap or bracelet; it does not cover costs, parts or labor, shipping & handling, defects or damage caused by any source other than Rag & Bone Watches.
• If it looks covered, we will ask you to send your watch back to us (at our expense).
• If it is not covered, we will explain your options without needing the watch returned.

Watch Inspection

Our team will carefully check your watch to determine if:

A. The Watch is covered by warranty.

• If a defect is confirmed, your watch will be repaired or you will receive a partial refund or a full refund upon watch return.

B. The Watch is not covered / warranty expired.

• Depending on the issue, we will try to offer another solution.

Who should I contact if I need support for my watch?

• If you purchased your watch online at www.rag-bone.eu, please check our “Legal Warranty of Conformity” section in T&C and contact our Customer Service team.
• If you purchased it in a physical store, please contact the store where you made your purchase. The store will then coordinate with the watch service center to arrange the repair.
