What are the shipping options and delivery times?

Please make sure to select the country of shipment on this page.

  • Any order placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 CET will ship out the same business day. This is applicable to both standard and express orders. Any order placed after 11:00 CET, will be shipped on the following business day (Monday - Friday).
  • All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. The delivery timeframe starts once your order is shipped.
  • How do I know that my order has been shipped?

    You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

    Please note that the tracking will activate once your parcel reaches the destination country. It might take from several hours up to two business days after your parcel is shipped, depending on the destination country.

    Alternatively, as a registered customer, you can verify the status of your order directly from your account:

    Pending: the order is still in preparation by our warehouse;

    Cancelled: the order has been cancelled and money will be released;

    Fulfilled: the order has been handed over to the courier and is currently in transit.

    Will I have to pay any customs duty?

    As our orders are now shipped from Europe, you will not be required to pay any customs duties.

    Do you ship to multiple addresses?

    At this time, we only ship to the address that is specified on your order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing separate orders for each address.

    What areas aren't covered by the delivery service?

    Please note that our carriers do not deliver to the following destinations: Andorra, Azores Islands, Åland Islands, Büsingen, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Channel Islands, Crimea, French Guyana and all DOM-TOMs, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Helgoland, Isle of Man, Kosovo, Livigno, Madeira, Martinique, Melilla, Mount Athos, Reunion, San Marino and Vatican City.

    Can I ship my package to a freight forwarder?

    We highly discourage using freight forwarders as packages may be lost or damaged once they arrive.

    Please consider that rag & bone doesn't deliver to shipping centers, transport hubs, any type of warehouses, or P.O. boxes (unless it's a locker or pickup point specifically listed by rag & bone). Please make sure not to use these types of locations for your delivery address, as we won't be responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect delivery information.
