How can I return a product?

We know not everything works out every time. Items returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition and with tags attached will be refunded to the original payment method.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

rag-bone.eu offers one free return per month on all online orders. We apply a return fee of 5,95 EUR starting from the second return in a single month.

The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

You can return products directly in the Order History section of your account. If you placed your order as a guest, select Register Your Return in the Need Help? section.

Return Method

Return at a DHL branch

Prepare a parcel with all the items you registered online. If you use the same box in which you received your order, don’t forget to cover or remove the original shipping label. Remember that all returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and labels intact.

Make sure to have the return label with you and drop off the parcel at the nearest DHL branch. You can request the return label upon return registration to receive it via email.

The refund will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the parcel in our warehouse on the payment method you chose to place the order.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 14 business days. You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to two weeks for your refund to appear on your account (depending on your financial institution). Refunds will be issued in the same form that the order was placed.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

In the unlikely event you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us via email or chat, with a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We ask that you do not dispose of any items prior to reaching out.

Where is my return?

You can follow your return status on the website of the courier, just by inserting in the dedicated field the tracking number you find on the return label. Please note that the tracking status "delivered" means that the parcel has reached the courier hub. Afterwards it will be transported to rag & bone warehouse where it will be processed and refunded.

Can I return my order in store?

Currently, orders placed on rag-bone.eu cannot be returned in store.

Can I return my in-store purchase online?

We only accept returns for rag-bone.eu orders. At this time we cannot accept returns for items purchased in a rag & bone store or third party retailer. To get in touch with one our stores, please click here

Can I make an exchange?

At this time we aren't able to offer automatic exchanges. In case you need a different size, you can return your order and get refunded and place a new one for the correct size. Our team is happy to assist you with this process, feel free to contact us.
