To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
rag-bone.eu offers one free return per month on all online orders. We apply a return fee of 5,95 EUR starting from the second return in a single month.
The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
In the unlikely event you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us via email or chat, with a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We ask that you do not dispose of any items prior to reaching out.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing the order details. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor its progress. If you haven't received the shipping confirmation email, it means your order is still being processed.
Promotions are automatically applied at checkout. If you have a discount code, simply enter it in the designated field in your shopping bag or during checkout.

Any order placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 CET will ship out the same business day. This is applicable to both standard and express orders. Any order placed after 11:00 CET, will be shipped on the following business day (Monday - Friday).
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. The delivery timeframe starts once your order is shipped.
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. If you order is shipped in two packages, you will receive two shipping notifications.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.
Please note that we do authorize your credit card for the full amount of your order upon checkout. Once your order is successfully authorized, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail.
Should your order be cancelled for any reason, the pre-authorization will automatically fall off your selected payment method. This timeframe can vary depending on your financial institution.
