How do I change or cancel an order?
As our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order once it has been placed.

What is my order status?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing the order details. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor its progress. If you haven't received the shipping confirmation email, it means your order is still being processed.
How do I apply a discount code?
Promotions are automatically applied at checkout. If you have a discount code, simply enter it in the designated field in your shopping bag or during checkout.
If your discount code does not apply, please check:
- That the discount conditions are respected (minimum purchase amount, time validity, category of application, etc.)
- That the code is spelled correctly
- That there are no spaces
- That no other promotion is already applied
Can I make a present?
At the moment, we do not offer gift orders or gift cards.
