When will my card / PayPal account be charged?
Your card / PayPal account will not be charged until your order ships.
Please note that we do authorize your card / PayPal account for the full amount of your order upon checkout. Once your order is successfully authorized, we will send you an order confirmation email.
Should your order be cancelled for any reason, the pre-authorization will automatically fall off your selected payment method. This timeframe can vary depending on your financial institution.
Is my personal and card information safe on your website?
Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use.
When will my card be refunded?
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 14 business days. You will receive an email once your return has been received & processed.
Once your return is processed, please allow up to two weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
